Wood Grounds Maintenance - Design & Construction

Since 1990, Wood Grounds Maintenance has constructed, revitalized and maintained numerous residential, commercial, industrial and municipal landscaping projects in the City of Brantford, Brant County and surrounding area. Over the past few years, our main focus has been on the construction side of the business, with an interest in landscape elements that enhance the environment. To reflect this we have changed the operating name to Wood Landscape Visions. We decided to change the name to make it clearer to those who don’t know us, and those who have a relationship that use only one or two of our many services that we do more than just cut grass!

Wood Landscape Visions has a design and construction team who are certified installers of Aquascape Designs products. Our expert team uses these products to create relaxing water gardens, rain gardens, ponds and waterfalls, for an ultimate relaxation experience. As well, we are able to create rain water harvesting systems by enlarging the reservoir of the water feature, to collect run off from down spouts which is then stored for your use when watering restrictions are in effect.
We are also certified Unilock installation contractors. From a simple front walk to a grand entrance or a quiet patio, our team thrives on creating just the right spot to enjoy your own piece of paradise. Unilock has always led the industry in product development. This year they are adding to their line of permeable pavers, to allow greater creativity in more environmentally responsible option of hard-scape products. With rain water harvesting and water table recharge and reducing run off to the storm sewers being the primary benefits of these products.
We also offer design, sales and installation of several lines of low voltage lighting, as well as lighting systems from Everglow Lighting. Well planned lighting will increase the safety and security of your home, enhance its appearance and extend the hours that you may enjoy your piece of paradise.

Wood Landscape Visions is still involved in all aspects of landscape maintenance, providing lawn and garden care from large multi- resident complexes to small residential properties, as well as industrial and commercial properties.

Our landscape maintenance services include the following:
-pond spring cleanout and start up, fall shut down,dividing
plants and winter preparation
-bed care replace older trees and shrubs with low water demand trees, shrubs and perennials as well as annual colour displays as part of your existing landscape
-spring wake up- aerate, de-thatch, vacuum, roll, over seed and fertilization of lawns
-weekly lawn maintenance- cut, trim and edge
-re-grade - gravel and loose surface driveway and parking areas
-winter prep program - removal of material from beds and lawn areas, dormant fertilizing

Wood Grounds Maintenance was a longtime member of Landscape Ontario, the Brantford Regional Chamber of Commerce and is the first franchised dealer for Christmas Decor in Canada. These partner ships will be carried on, the only thing that’s changed is the name.
